How do the children arrive and leave?
For After School Club, Early years children are collected from the classroom. Years 1 to 6 children make their way to the School Entrance Hall where they are met by a member of staff and escorted to the Club.
Holiday and Breakfast Club children must be dropped off at the Club House and handed over to a member of staff upon arrival.
At pick up, parents and carers must sign their child out before leaving the Club.
What do I do if my child will miss a session?
The Club or Wheatley C of E Primary School must be informed if a child is not attending, or is going to be absent for any reason.
Do you provide food?
In Breakfast Club, we provide cereals, toast, crumpets and milk.
In After School Club, the children have an option of a healthy snack at around 4pm; however we encourage each child to bring extra food in their lunchboxes.
In Holiday Club, each child should bring their own packed lunch. We provide snacks in the morning and afternoon. Children have access to drinks at all times.
Can my child attend the club if they don't go to Wheatley Primary School?
Yes, providing we have capacity, they are very welcome to join our club. Particularly in holiday club sessions, we have a number of children attending from other primary schools.
